Please Note:  Registration for the 2024-25 has closed and there is currently a waiting list for the 2025-26 school-year.  If desiring to apply for membership and be added to the waitlist, please use this form to make initial contact.  A time will then be scheduled to meet up with the co-directors to discuss the details and requirements of C.H.A.R.G.E..  New members that are approved by the governing board (after meeting) will be given access to the C.H.A.R.G.E. enrollment system (Enrollsy) at due time.

Family requirements to be aware of...

1. Must live in the greater Wisconsin Rapids area 

2. Children and one parent/guardian are required to attend Tuesday afternoon classes during school time (12:15 - 3:00)

3. Must adhere to code of conduct

4. Must understand fees involved and fundraising responsibilities (or purchase buyout).
